Warriors of Chaos are the mortal slaves of the Dark Gods: savage tribes from the frozen north who live only to kill, corrupt, and ascend. They pour from the Chaos Wastes in endless hordes, twisted by mutations and driven by divine madness. Once men, now monsters, they worship Khorne for blood, Tzeentch for change, Nurgle for decay, and Slaanesh for excess. Every raid is a prayer, every slaughter a step toward godhood or oblivion.
Overview
If you want to play a barbarian warlord who sells his soul for power, mutates into something glorious and terrible, and drags the world screaming into the abyss, this is your horde.
Appearance
Tall, swollen warriors in fur and spiked steel; beards matted with blood, eyes burning with unholy fire. Mutations twist them – extra limbs, scales, horns, tentacles.
Culture & Society
- Regions: The frozen Chaos Wastes and northern tribeslands.
- Culture: War is life; strength proves worth; betrayal is survival.
- Names: Archaon, Valnir, Sigvald, Engra Deathsword, Scyla Anfingrimm.
- Religion: The four Gods (see their pages); Undivided worship balances all.
Strengths & Weaknesses
- Strengths: Superhuman might, god-granted powers, fearless hordes.
- Weaknesses: Infighting, madness from mutations, rival god conflicts.
Playing a Warrior of Chaos
You were born in ice and blood; now you burn for the Gods. Speak in snarls and oaths, move like a predator. Pick a God (or Undivided) and chase favour through slaughter. A Khorne berserker charges without thought; a Tzeentch sorcerer weaves lies and spells; a Nurgle plaguebearer laughs at pain; a Slaanesh hedonist savours every agony. Mutate wisely – or risk becoming Spawn.
The world is yours to break. Just don’t let the Gods break you first.
Physical Appearance
Barbaric giants in rusted plate and furs, axes dripping gore. Norscans pale and seafaring; Kurgan copper-skinned horsemen; Hung squat hunters. Mutations define them: Khorne’s scars, Tzeentch’s shifting forms, Nurgle’s rot, Slaanesh’s perfection twisted wrong.
Chaos Gods
As a Warrior of Chaos, you must commit your path to one of the four Chaos Gods. Achieving their favor and advancing toward full Chaos worship demands following the doctrines of the selected god. Prior to ascension, you must choose which Chaos God you will serve as a Chaos Warrior.
Combat
Upon transforming into a chaos warrior, characters maintain their existing class. Should their class be incompatible with chaos warrior race, they are granted a free class change to any class of their choice.

How to become Warrior of Chaos
There are three ways to begin Chaos worship: starting as Norsca with the Cultist perk (skipping to Phase Two), being corrupted by existing Warriors of Chaos, or acquiring corruption through personal effort.
After becoming a Cultist, you must earn the favor of one of the patron gods to advance into their race. Please check the respective pages: Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh.
Individual Method
Step 1 – The Eight Tomes of the Abyss
Collect exactly eight different physical tomes that exist on the server. These are rare but not unique, several copies of each float around in Chaos shrines, black markets, or carried by existing cultists.
| Tome Name | Typical Location / How to Get |
|---|---|
| The Lies of Sigmar | Hidden in Empire churches (Main Town) |
| The Brass Book of Khorne | Khorne warbands, battlefield loot (Mayhem Chest Drop) |
| The Everchanging Grimoire | Tzeentch libraries, puzzle rooms (Weekly Dungeon) |
| The Liber Pestilentia | Nurgle swamps, plague priest huts (Open World) |
| The Six Circles of Slaanesh | Hidden in noble bedchambers, pleasure houses (Town Brothel) |
| The Book of Forbidden Desires | Slaaneshi cults, dark elf traders (Bought from NPC) |
| The Claws of the Great Beast | Beastmen herds (Open world Boss Drop) |
| The Black Covenant | Chaos Undivided shrines (always one copy in the northern wastes) |
You only need one of each - eight books total.
Step 2 – The Ritual of Binding (Cultist Status)
Once you have all eight tomes:
- Go alone or with 1–2 friends to any Chaos altar (there is in the northern wastes).
- Stack the eight books in front of you, light a single black candle (prop), and speak the following words (or your own version): > “Eight truths I have taken. Eight lies I have burned. Let the Gods see me.”
- Take one screenshot showing the eight books + candle + your character.
- Staff ticket #1: “Eight Tomes Ritual – [Character Name]” → attach screenshot.
Instant approval (usually same day).
You are now officially a Cultist of Chaos Undivided.
You receive the small eight-pointed star pendant (cosmetic) and may proceed immediately to your chosen God.
Being Corrupted
An existing Warrior of Chaos can corrupt a target player by placing a brand on them. This branding elevates the targeted player to the rank of Chaos Cultist.
Rules of the Gift
- The giver must be a currently active, staff-recognised Chaos Warrior (not a cultist, not a champion of another god).
- The gift must be handed over in a short, witnessed roleplay scene (minimum 3 other players present).
- The giver must speak words depends on their patron god.
- The receiver must accept the brand imidietly and put on to their characters flesh.
- From this moment forward the brand is soul-bound to you. If you ever remove it, you lose cultist status.
Staff Verification (One Ticket Only)
Create a ticket titled: “Chaos Branding – [Your Character Name]” Attach:
- Screenshot of the giver branding your character
- Screenshot of the chaos brand on your character
